Audio drama, a broad category that ranges from crying with laughter comedy to crying at the pain of human suffering, brings together all of the elements of acting I love. Playing a character, inside of a story, in a fully realised world that has only audio to create its richness. The fact that it's audio only isn't a limitation, though, because it then allows it to come to life in the mind of the listener. From Goalhanger's blockbuster new thriller Bear Hunt to the award-winning comedy spoof Cold Case Crime Cuts, this is some of the work I'm proudest of.
